Shipping
seowithdan.space sells digital products only. There is no physical shipping. Once your payment is confirmed, the product is delivered automatically — either as an on-site download or via a link sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
Delivery is typically instant. If you do not receive your purchase within one hour, please check your spam folder and then contact us at [email protected].
Refunds
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, our refund policy is as follows:
- Eligible for full refund — within 14 days of purchase, if the product was not yet downloaded / activated / accessed.
- Eligible for full refund — anytime, if the product is materially defective and we are unable to fix it within a reasonable timeframe.
- Not eligible — products that have been downloaded or accessed and that work as described.
- Coaching / one-on-one services — refundable in full up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. After that, only the unused portion is refundable.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your order ID and a short note explaining the reason. We typically process eligible refunds within 3 business days via the original payment method.
Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first — we'll almost always be able to resolve it faster than your bank. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us forfeits eligibility for future support and may result in a permanent ban from seowithdan.space.
